It would be hard to find a builder more capable and easier to work with than Dean.  Dean is an exceptional professional – calm, responsive and skilful.  He is a perfectionist of the highest order, and does not let anything slip his notice.  He takes the time and goes the extra mile to make sure every aspect of the project meets his very high standards.  Dean is an exceptional communicator who always consulted us before taking decisions, and always picked up the phone if we had questions for him.  Dean was in charge on the building site, and led a team that consistently met his timeframes and his high expectations.  Dean’s work is noticeably high quality, with visitors to our house, including people working in the construction industry, often commenting on the quality of its construction.  We would recommend Dean unreservedly.
